Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative

Led by one of the most experienced management teams in the industry and partnered with one of the world’s largest water conditioning manufacturers, Canature WaterGroup™ sells residential & commercial water conditioning equipment to Plumbing & Heating Wholesalers and Independent Water Dealers.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Answering calls from customers in two business channels; independent water dealers and plumbing & heating wholesalers
Answering questions regarding in-house orders, price and product availability, expediting and taking orders over the phone
Providing information on products and services including answering technical questions
Providing technical support on full product lines
Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include the following;
Strong interpersonal skills
Well organized with the ability to multi-task
Patience and listening skills
Customer service oriented
Proficient in MS Office
Strong typing skills - Min 40 wpm
Two years of experience in a similar role
Experience in the Water Treatment Industry and ERP software application would be an asset. Training will be provided on the job.
